By using this website or making a donation through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Donations
All donations are voluntary. NTR Foundation USA is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Tax ID (EIN) 47-3876858. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by US law, and no goods or services are provided in exchange for a contribution. We will send you a written acknowledgement you can keep for your records.
When you designate a gift to a particular cause or campaign, we apply it to that work. If that work is already fully funded or cannot proceed, we will apply your gift to the area of greatest need, which is the ordinary practice for charities in the United States.
Recurring gifts
Monthly and annual sponsorships are set up as recurring card payments through Authorize.Net. Your card will be charged automatically at the interval shown when you signed up, and will continue until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing contact@ntrfoundationusa.org. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
Payments
Payments are processed by Authorize.Net. We do not store your card number. You confirm that you are authorized to use the card you enter and that the information you give us is accurate.
Amounts and currency
All amounts on this site are in United States dollars.
Member accounts
If you register as a member, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Membership applications are reviewed before approval, and we may decline or close an account.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this site, disrupt it, submit false or fraudulent payment information, or upload unlawful or offensive content.
Our content
The text, images and logos on this site belong to NTR Foundation USA or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Program delivery
Some of the work funded through this site, including our medical camps, is carried out in India by NTR Memorial Trust, our sister organization. Your gift is made to NTR Foundation USA, the US 501(c)(3) entity.
Disclaimer and liability
This website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NTR Foundation USA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
